Creating visible text flags for priority and size in the backlog

Is there are way of creating visible text flags for priority and size in the backlog (not just arrow for priority - the actual text of priority e.g. High), also for grading the size of the ticket e.g. High, Medium, Low, sizing flag would also need to be limited to specific users.

So you can use these visual cues when discussing the backlog and what makes the next sprint.

Hi @John , 

it is possible to display the priority in text instead of an icon : you need to go to Board Settings and then Card Layout and select Priority in the list of fields to show in the backlog.

Maybe use Labels? Or consider a custom field.
