Creating component for project automation but the description reverts to another unrelated rule. This does not happen on all my rules and they are configured exactly the same so I am at a loss why one rule is doing this when I create the JIRA ticket after creating the rule.
This should be the description that auto fills
FIFA Hospitality Requirements:
Data Validation:
- Contract +/- 5%
Provisioning:
- Populate fields [Circuit ID] and [SFDC Case #] in Jira
- Create MBS to send techs out to install Access Points

Completion:
- Upload documents to Team Drive
- Ensure tech completes MBS request in dispatch.
- Email Requestor to advise of dispatch
- Confirm order completes
- Ensure billing is being carried out, if not, send a billing request with contract from personal email
- Close SFDC Case & set the Jira Workflow to [Done]

Anyone know why a rule would do this ?
What are the Triggers for each of these rules?

it seems what happens is emails on our team automatically change the description
but maybe I am not selecting something correct. Let me know if you need more info

Do you know which rule is overriding it? I will check that to see why it is firing - what are the conditions for that one, etc.
