Creating component for project automation

Greg McDonald August 16, 2022

Creating component for project automation but the description reverts to another unrelated rule.  This does not happen on all my rules and they are configured exactly the same so I am at a loss why one rule is doing this when I create the JIRA ticket after creating the rule.

This should be the description that auto fills

FIFA Hospitality Requirements:

Data Validation:
- Contract +/- 5%

Provisioning:
- Populate fields [Circuit ID] and [SFDC Case #] in Jira
- Create MBS to send techs out to install Access Points
.

Completion:
- Upload documents to Team Drive
- Ensure tech completes MBS request in dispatch.
- Email Requestor to advise of dispatch
- Confirm order completes
- Ensure billing is being carried out, if not, send a billing request with contract from personal email
- Close SFDC Case & set the Jira Workflow to [Done]

but it is taken over by

FIFA Hospitality Requirements:

Data Validation:

  • Contract

Provisioning:

  • Open ports / inventory addresses (if required)
  • Populate fields [Circuit ID] and [SFDC Case #] in Jira
  • Upload addresses to NetCracker (if required)
  • Order products
  • Resolve outstanding provisioning errors

Completion:

  • Complete Installer Sheet or BTV Order Sheet (if required)
  • Upload documents to Team Drive
  • Email requestor to advise of completion and attach Installer Sheet or BTV Order Sheet (if required)
  • Close SFDC Case & set the Jira Workflow to [Done]

one of my other rules....

Anyone know why a rule would do this ?

What are the Triggers for each of these rules?

Can you show use the trigger details for each rule?

Hey @Greg McDonald

Do you know which rule is overriding it? I will check that to see why it is firing - what are the conditions for that one, etc.
