Creating automatic release dashboard when an issue is transitioned to Deployed state

Hi,

I am trying to create an automatic release dashboard in Confluence whenever the issue status is transitioned to Deployed using Script Runner in Jira Cloud.

Other than Script Runner and add ons is there any other way to create the dashboard automatically. 

I got stuck at some point of the script in the script runner and couldn't proceed further.

Your suggestions and help is much appreciated.
