I currently have a project set up as "Task Tracking." I know that in other types of projects, like IT Service Desk, you're given an email that you can email and it will create an issue for you. I wanted to know if there was something similar to that for a Task Tracking project. My thought was that when someone emailed that email address, it would create a task. Our board has three categories, To Do, Work in Progress, and Done, as seen in the picture. I would want the email to create a task in the "To Do" column.
