Creating Themes and Initiatives in Jira Premium

Hi, I just upgraded to Premium but I still don't see 'Themes' and 'Initiatives' in my Jira tool. How do I go about creating Themes and initiatives underneath?

You configure Themes and Initiatives through use of the Advanced Roadmap feature. Here's a link to the home page for the documentation:
