I work with a team where I have the following default Sub-tasks for a release:

2022.08.01 DTMS Production Application Deployment / issueType:"App Deployment" / requestedCompletion:"8/29/2022 @0630" / environment:"SIT1" /  components:"App Admin" / fixversion:"2022.04.01" / labels:"DTMS"
- 2022.08.01 DTMS Production Database Deployment / issueType:"DB Deployment" / requestedCompletion:"8/29/2022 @0630" / environment:"SIT1" /   components:"DBA,DST" / fixversion:"2022.04.01" / labels:"DTMS"
- 2022.08.01 DTMS Production Configuration Changes / issueType:"Configuration Change" / requestedCompletion:"8/29/2022 @0630" / environment:"SIT1" /  components:"App Admin" / fixversion:"2022.04.01" / labels:"DTMS"

My issue is that when I input items like - (requestedCompletion:"8/29/2022 @0630" / environment:"SIT1" /  components:"App Admin") - they don't save to the ticket. Is there a specific format to put these in for them to save?

I ask because I handle tickets for up to 5 applications at any given time and having to go in and adjust each ticket is time consuming.

When you create a ticket there are many details that can be adjusted. I am also trying to find help in what can be autogenerated and what has to be manually adjusted.
