Hello I am having trouble getting the "Configure Approval" checkbox to appear in my workflow. I am trying to create an approval workflow that will request approval from a user group when trying to change status from "Parking Lot"
I have created a "User Picker" field and added to screen. I have created multiple workflows and played around adding Approve and Decline transitions but I still cannot get the additional "Configure Approval" check box to appear on any status or transition in the workflow. I am new to workflows so anything will help because I am sure it's something I am doing wrong.
Below is an example workflow, how do I Configure approvals in this worklflow ? Or can you provide an example workflow with approval , deny from status that I can review?

Normally that checkbox is an option you can do but you need to create a field for it, it's not something built in
So if you are trying to do it via a checkbox then you would need to make a custom field for approved with a checkbox
Alternatively you can just have an approved transition and only people in the approver role can move it
