good morning. We have a request from one of our customers to see if we can create a kanban board that they can view for tickets generated by them. is this possible to do? and if so may I ask how?

Yes, you'll need to give them accounts in your Jira, then create boards for them.

would this interfere with them being in inside of a customer group already?
