Hi,
I am wondering how other big organisations deal with a large amount of (JIRA-)projects working on a large amount of issues (initiatives) all gathered together in the advanced roadmap (plans view). At this point our advanced roadmap includes a lot of projects just by selecting each different project via seperate filters. We run into the problem when a new project is started, that project is not automatically included into the advanced roadmap. I want to be able to create just a few filters and with that selecting all of the projects and automatically include new projects.
Context; we have one project with all the initiatives, our strategic themes are administrated in a different application, the large amount of other projects contribute via epics and stories to the initiatives.
I am curious to learn how others deal with this kind of challenge... Looking forward to your responses.
Kind regards,
Marco
