Hi Folks,
I´ve upgrade from JIRA 6.4 and Service Desk 2.5 to JIRA 7 with Service Desk 3. Now I want to create a new service desk project, but the option create Basic Service Desk is not available. I´m in the JIRA service desk group, JIRA service desk is installed and an old JIRA service desk project (created under JIRA 6.4) is available.

JIRA Software Version: 7.1.1
JIRA Service Desk Version: 3.1.4
Updated JIRA Service desk by now - didn´t help.

Hi Simon,
One possible reason for this problem is that there's something wrong with your Service Desk license, you can check your license information under Administration > Applications > Versions & licenses
If your JIRA Service Desk 3.1.4 is correctly licensed could you please open a support ticket with a support zip so we can do a deeper analysis for your problem?
