I have a couple of users who are not receiving e-mail notifications from Jira. One could receive until about 3 weeks ago and the other could receive until last week. I have tried out all the solutions I could find in community and google.
Hello @Arvind Joshi - I would have the users verify under the Profile that they have not turned off any notifications.
If they have not you might want to contact Atlassian support as sometimes email address can get blocked by Atlassian. I have had this happen a few times. If thats the case the support ticket should take care of it.
