Hi - We are looking to use Tshirt size to organize project lift/efforts. So a field that shows "S" if Original Estimate = 0-5 hours, "M" if Original Estimate = 6-20 hours, "L" if Original Estimate = >21 hours. Is it possible to create/update a field based on estimates entered in the Original Estimate field?

Yes, you can use an Automation for Jira rule to set the value of a field based on the change to a value of another field.
