I've installed the github "app" for Jira, and now wanted to connect my repo. I selected the repo that I want to send a request to, and it prompts me to enter my password. When I enter my password I get the following text string:
{"errors":[{"msg":"Invalid value","param":"installation_id","location":"query"}]}
I'm not sure if the request to github went through. If it did, where will it show up in github?
The request has gone through to Github and someone who is an owner on that side will need to approve it.
If you try to connect and you dont have rights, it will say REQUEST.
If you're an owner on the Github side it will say INSTALL. So, if it says Request, you'll need to ask an owner to approve it.
You can ignore the JSON error message here. The request will have still gone through.
Great! a Mantainer receives your request, and they can approve it. Now the question is, how do I resume the integration process? lol
