Connect Inspector not receiving logs

I am attempting to use the Atlassian Connect Inspector to understand what is possible. 

I activated a temporary webhook connector using the link provided in the docs (https://connect-inspector.prod.public.atl-paas.net/) for our cloud Jira. I copied the descriptor, took the baseURL from there and registered it as a webhook in the Jira > Settings > System > Webhooks. 

Everything says Enabled, but I am not seeing any logs flow through for any activity.

What did I miss?

You have to go here http://go.atlassian.com/connect-inspector save content (descriptor) from the generated link as file, can be `atlasian-connect.json`, and deploy it like a regular plugin. You can do it in the same way as for hello-world example: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/getting-started/
