If we have already used Free trial for confluence, then

1. How pricing would be calculated for 10 users again to start with free version?

2. Can any 10 users have access to confluence who has JIRA access or any specific email domain to be shared with Confluence team?

Hi @Akansha Singh and wlecome to the Community!

After adding Confluence to your site (add product, which you seem to have done already, as you have used a free trial), you need to grant your users product access (Give users access to products). That usually means adding them to a group with product access. That will automatically have them counted as a licensed user.

As long as you are still on a free plan, as long as you don't have more than 10 users you will be able to use the product for free. You can always upgrade to a standard or premium plan from the manage subscriptions page in the admin section of your site. You may do so if you want to enable features that are not included in the free plan or if you need to onboard more than 10 users.

Since your Jira and Confluence users are managed via group membership on your site, they can be both the same or different users. As long as they are added to the right groups, they will be able to use the product.

Hope this helps!
