Confluence Custom Templates Not showing up on Jira Service Project Powered by Confluence Space

  • We have some user created custom templates we would like to use directly in Jira to add new articles to the confluence knowledge base space attached to it. 
  • When a custom template is added it is viable on the confluence side, but not when creating a new article.
  • All confluence blueprints show up fine on the Jira side when creating a new article within the space, so this seems to be a permission issue more than likely, but I can not find anywhere to do this. Or what would be causing it
  • On the Jira end after creating a new template the "Displaying all 135 templates." when searching through the template tab increments, but still only the blueprints show up to actually be selected/used.
