After a bit of trawling through these pages I am not finding information on how to configure batch emails PER PROJECT. We wish to disable it for our Jira Service Desk projects but keep it enabled for all the other projects in our Jira instance. Is this possible? Or should I submit a feature request?
We are running Jira Server/Jira Service Desk Server/Portfolio for Jira Server.
This is not possible with out of the box Batch notifications. However if you use a third party app like Notification Assistant for Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211069/notification-assistant-for-jira-email?hosting=server&tab=overview) which we make, then you can configure notification based on JQL filters. This would allow you to configure batched notifications for everything other than JSD projects.
