Configuring an extra level in the hierarchy

Peter de Graaf October 26, 2022

I am trying to configure an extra level in the hierarchy. I have added the level and the parent field as described in the help-documentation.

But I don't know how to perform the last step:

4. On your Roadmap view, adjust your hierarchy filters in the Filters menu to include your new hierarchy level on your timeline.

The extra level doesn't show on the roadmap chart.

Can anyone explain how to perform that last step?

Hi @Peter de Graaf,

When you go to the plan on the top left side you will see a hierarchy section with a dropdown to dropdown. You will select the Issue types there.

whoops looks like cloud is a little different, but not by much. In roughly the same place click on Filters and it should have the hierarchy there.

Hi Tim,

Thx for your answer, but it looks like I am missing the Filters part. Test hierarchy - missing top level.png

hmmmm, maybe this feature is not rolled-out to my site?

Found the solution. Had to create a Plan before using Roadmaps
