We have Integrated Jira with Outlook and we are getting issue tickets created automatically whenever we recieve any mail from outlook . If any issue is created then it gets created with a summary as "Detected" and after 24-48hr for the same issue the resolved ticket is been created. So now, I have 2 Jira ticket's with Summary as "Detected" and "Resolved". In these both tickets Description, I have same "FindingKey" value and I want to close Detected ticket when its resolved ticket is been created after 24-48hrs by comparing their "FindingKey". Can someone please write some rule for this
