Hello,
I have a due date (custom field). When an issue is created the user enters the due date.
I need to develop an automation rule that analyzes the changes in the due date field and action appropriately.
If a user changes the due date field and this date is later than the previous (original) date then the action takes place.
How can I write this condition?

Hi Alex,
You should be able to do this with a Diff function in an automation rule if I am understanding you correctly.
I am using the Activation Date in my example below to mimic your custom field, but change that value to whatever the name of your field.
Then use an Advanced Compare Condition.
