Company Managed Project :: Field "Business value" is available only for EPIC & STORY

Hi Team,

In a Company managed projects (software project), we have the following issue types

Epic;      Story;      Task;      Bug;      New Feature;      Improvement.

The system Field "Business value" is available only for EPIC & STORY.

How can I make the Field "Business value" be available also for Task, Bug, New Feature & Improvement ??   Pls share steps to get this working.

Also does it have to be done by the Admin OR the Project Team can also do this setting ?

For a Company Managed project the addition of fields to a Field Configuration or a Screen can be done only by a Jira Administrator.

First thing to check is the configuration of the field to see if it is set to only assigned to epics and stories. Next thing you should check is that the field is on the screen(s) that is used by the other issue types. If the configuration is global and the field is on the screen, then check to see if you have specific field configurations for those issue types that hides the field.
