Company Aquisition needs merging Jira cloud to Jira Cloud instance (and Confluence to Confluence)

Hello

My company acquired another software development company and we are needing to merge the two instances. I already looked into the Jira Migration assistant and it does not work Cloud to Cloud instances. Can someone point me to the right place for migration? We dont want to lose any pictures, data, emojis, etc. So looking for the best way to go about this.

Hi @Karen Bottai 

Merging instances regardless of location is never simple. You can read the document here: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/perform-a-cloud-to-cloud-migration-for-jira/

But if you've never merged instances before I would recommend working with a consultant as a lot can go wrong.
