Hi, I am recently facing this issue that the comments are not being displayed in the comments section of a ticket.
I know that there are comments in the respective ticket because if I see the All section, I can see the comments.
Any possible solution for this?

This issue has been resolved automatically. I didn't update the browser just did a restart.

This looks like a browser issue to me. Does the comment you're looking for get visible after clicking on "View 1 older comment"?

Okay, yeah it is an issue with FireFox browser. On Chrome, it is working perfectly.
Don't know why I didn't try another browser.
Could you tell me on how I can resolve this?

@IbtehajActually, I don't have any problems in Firefox. Are you on the current version of Firefox? Maybe you can also try clearing the cache.
