Colud not access Owner account, how i can change it or at least get a backup of our projects

I have a problem with my account on Jira, as I have a previous project and we cannot recognize the owner account. We are trying to take a backup copy of the project but this is not possible because of the permissions, and we cannot access the account. Is there a way to solve this problem or can I change the permissions from the administration account to the owner account?
Or how can I know the email address of the owner's account?

You are correct that if you are not the admin you will not be able to make a backup.  You can however make an export of the Jira issues for the project.  You can make a filter that identifies all the issue in the project and the fields that are important to you.  You can then export this to Excel (CSV)  This could be used to create a new project on a cloud instance that you own.
