Hello!
I have a question about closing sprints and tasks that are in the status of "cancelled". When I want to close the current sprint tasks that are in the status of "cancelled" are not closed in the current sprint, and offers to move to the next. According to workflow status "cancelled" is in the category "Done".
Please tell me what I have wrong? How do I close out of the "Cancelled" status of the current sprint?
Hello @Admin Jira_Transplat
Welcome to the community.
For a Scrum board, when the sprint is Completed only the issues in the column farthest to the right will be considered "complete". Issues in any other column are considered "incomplete" and will be moved to the backlog or another sprint as you direct.
You need to map the Cancelled status to the right-most column of your board.
You can have multiple statuses mapped to a column, so the right-most column can contain Cancelled and Done and Released. All the issues in the right-most column will be considered "completed" in the sprint.

You're welcome.
If you problem has been solved it would be great if you mark the Answer as Accepted so that other community users can find the posts that provide working solutions.

welcome to the Atlassian community!
In order to do that, you need that tickets in cancelled status have a resolution. My suggestion is to add a post function to all transitions that move a ticket in Cancelled status that populate Resolution field.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
