Closed subtasks do not appear in Jira Roadmap

Closed subtasks are not shown in the roadmap. 

All recommendations described in the article have been followed:

But closed subtasks are still not specified. What could be the reason?

Have you checked, if the resolution of the issues is set to "Done"?
