I am currently on the Jira Software Premium Plan.
I would like to change to Jira Software Standard Plan going forward in order to save in the long run and it seems we don't use any of the Premium features.
I don't know how this will impact our tenant and projects going forward and if it does, is there anyway to revert back without losing any data/functionality?
Thanks in advance,
If you haven't run across this documentation yet check it out! What you don't want to forget about are objects like automation rule executions if you have any rules set up.
E.g. you get up to 500 executions a month and if you're surpassing that now or throttling what Standard would offer - could you live without them or optimize when rules are executed to get below the threshold.
The other factor I've seen from customers os Roadmaps. As an admin I'd poll your user base and factor in whether they're leveraging Basic or Advanced functionality because there is a discrepancy between Standard and Premium when it comes to Roadmaps as well.
Hope this leads you in the right direction,
John
