Capacity Planner AddOn In Jira Software: Wrong Time Spent Displayed

Dear RVS Support Team,

I am trying to use Capacity Planner. However, I see Time Spent of each team member is incorrect. I have one Story [Time Spent: 3h, Assignee: Xukaty2015], one Task [Time Spent: 1h, Assignee: Thoa Huynh Kim], another Task [Time Spent: 1h, Assignee: Xukaty2014]. When I go to template, it shows that (Thoa Huynh Kim, Time Spent: 5h) and (Xukaty2014, Time Spent: 0h). It is incorrect. Could you please help me to fix this? Thank you so much^^

PS: I could not paste a picture here so that I could not show you my pictures :)

Best Regards,

Thoa

Hi @Thoa Huynh Kim

Welcome to the Atlassian community and thanks for trying out our add-on.

We checked the calculations at our test instance and it looks fine.

Can you please send your email details to support@rvsoftwares.in

And we get on a call to have a look at the issue at your end.

Thanks,

RVS Support

Hi RVS Support Team,

Thanks for your reply. I already detected the root cause of my problem. It shows Time Spent of account which login to Jira. I try to login with another account, it already shows Time Spent correctly.

I will remember your email to ask next time. Have a good day^^

Best Regards,

Thoa
