Trying to renew an app, when I get sent through to the quote/order screen, there is a banner message saying:
"Well, this is embarrasing
Our ordering system is currently unavailable. If you see this error message repeatedly, you may need to use another browser or update your current browser. Alternatively you can contact us and an Atlassian team member will help you place your order."
That was in Chrome, so I tried in Edge, and was able to get further in that the item did get added to the quote, and from there I was able to get all the way to the payment screen, enter CC details, click submit....and then got the message above again. So now I also don't know if the payment went through. I assume not, but would be nice to confirm.
I have tried to contact support, but as I cannot begin to write a ticket without a cloud URL (we're on server edition), I cannot do that. I have entered a separate question here on the community today regarding this.
