Cannot find DVCS Accounts on my JIRA SOFTWARE account

I was following the description on this page here Jira Githib Integration  but could not find the dvcs integrations and then dvcs accounts. I am using a free plan of jira could this be the problem, because its not explicitly stated in the pricing plan Jira Pricing

Checking on my Free site, I was able to access DVCS accounts, so there are no limitations when it comes to integrations on the Free plan.

I can see that you are an administrator, so you should be able to access this page:

Would you mind sharing with us a screenshot of the Products' page? Just make sure to hide private information.
