Cannot clone issues on some of the projects

Hi, 

In the project I'm the admin for, I'm able to clone tickets, but in another project the "clone" option doesn't exist: http://prntscr.com/hm1sol

What can be a possible reason for this?

Hello,

It could be hidden by JavaScript or a plugin which lets you hide web items like Adaptivist Scriptrunner.

Check that:

1. You have Create Issues permission in the project the issue belings to,
2. There are no workflow properties which prevent you from cloning the issue.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion- I've checked that , and

1. In the project permissions page there is no such permission as "clone issues" Also, I  seem to have all the permissions in the scheme. which permission is supposed to allow the clone possibility?

2. In my project there are also no workflow properties, but I am able to clone issues there... How does adding workflow property allows the clone option?
