Someone in our organisation that has since left, set-up a subscription & we now want to cancel it.
Can someone provide me with an email address for the billing team to assist with this.

Hi @Paula Francis , to be clear what do you mean by "subscription "? Are you referring to a filter subscription or maybe an app? If you are an Org admin you can remove any app that was added. If we are dealing with a subscription you can delete the shared filter under admin>system >shared filters

As I explained, someone who no longer works for our organisation created an account with Atlassian & we no longer require it.
We therefore want to cancel our account.
However, I cannot find a way of doing this.
