Hello @Egor Polevoi 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

If the project was in the Trash and now has been deleted it cannot be recovered unless you have a back up of your instance.

Hi @Egor Polevoi 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Here is what you should be able to do, assuming you have administrative permissions

  1. Click on settings (gear icon)
  2. Click on projects
  3. Click on Trash

As shown in the above image

 

You will then be able to see all the projects in the Trash bin, for the specific project you want to restore back, click on the 3 dots (...) on the right side of the project and you will see the "Restore" option.

 

Remember any project not available in the trash bin is not recoverable.

Rewind Backups can do this, but it must be installed before the Project is deleted. Hope this helps!
