Can we use ConfigCat Feature Flags App for feature flag management?

Here in the below URL it says jira currently supports LaunchDarkly and Rollout for feature flag management.

Hey,

We found Jira's built-in feature flag management functionality limited, so we decided to create a customized plugin.

So e.g. Jira's built-in feature flag management can only show the current feature flag values, but with ConfigCat's Feature Flag app, you are able to turn on/off feature flags or add Targeting or Percentage Rules just as easily like on ConfigCat Dashboard right from your Jira tickets. https://configcat.com/docs/integrations/jira

I know that this documentation is confusing. We tried to contact Jira to include our Feature Flag integration here as well, but we haven't received a positive response yet.
