Can we sync GitHub Pull Request (PR) comments to Jira cards (comments) ?

Hi all,

I've searched at length and have not been able to come up with an answer.  We would like to add GitHub pull request comments (comments, approval, rejection) to Jira cards.

We already have the GitHub integration, and are able to add Commits, Builds, and even Commit messages to the cards.   However, there doesn't seem to be a clean path forward for adding PR responses to Jira.

My guess is that it would take a new webhook, at best.  But with that said, has anyone out there in the atmosphere been able to make this work?  I'm curious to know what your solution(s) were.

Thanks in advance!

Brett

Hi @brett anderson

This is Majid @ Exalate.

I am not sure what type of integration you are using and hence, cannot really comment on the additional webhook hunch. But you can do this and much more via our app Exalate. It should be pretty straight forward to configure and here is something to get you started.

Thanks

Majid
