Can we custom Active Sprint Board in Company-managed software Project

Can we bring the Fix Version from the Backlog and add it to Active Board (as image below)

Screenshot 2023-11-03 at 14.20.55.pngScreenshot 2023-11-03 at 14.21.03.png

As you can see here, only EPIC appears in the Active Board.

How can we add PMP1.7.1 as a Fix Version field beside the EPIC in Active Board

Hi @Sang Phan ,

Unfortunately not in the setup that you have chosen. You seem to have set up swimlanes by stories, heavily relying on sub-tasks to track your work.

If you organise the board differently, there's 2 or 3 ways you could use to make versions more prominent in your active sprint view:

1/ configure your fix versions as swimlanes. There is no dynamic option available for that out of the box, but if you choose queries as your swimlanes option, you can specify separate filters for each upcoming version. Your work will then be displayed by version in the board.

2/ Add fixversion as an additional field to the card layout on your board. Navigate to board settings, select the card layout tab and add fixversion to the active sprint view. Note that it will only display on your cards when you do not use stories as swimlanes.

3/ Add quick filters using the same principle as under option 1, which will allow you to zoom in on all issues assigned to a specific version, while keeping the rest of your current way of working intact.

Hope this helps!
