Is there a way to have the automated Jira emails go to multiple email accounts?
We work within an external client's Jira and they set up emails for my team that we really don't use at all. The automated Jira emails are going to those dummy emails currently. Is there any way to have Jira send to our company emails, as well as the dummy email accounts? Or are we just stuck having to set up a automatic forwarding rule within the dummy emails?
Any help with this would be appreciated!
Hi @Chris Barrett ,
If the company emails have access in Jira, then yes you can send it in those emails as well.
If access are not provided to those emails, then there are apps which you need to install in jira to send email to external users. However, these apps are not free and need to pay for them.
Unfortunately they do not. Sounds like we might have to set up some forwarding, which is lame. Thank you for your answer, I appreciate it!
