Can't enter to my own profile page

On the new Jira Cloud (and Confluence too), I can't enter my own profile page with the error "We landed here for a user that does not exist".

In the Jira, my username looks like "User" and pop-ups showing the error "Oops, looks like we’re having issues". In Confluence my username is "User 43fe7" with similar issues.

What do I suppose to do?
