A tester in our team flagged a problem where some Test issues appear with a question mark as the issue key, summary, and status. See embedded screenshot.
I'm a Jira administrator.
I can see the issues but can't delete them. Either by bulk selecting, or individually. The following error is displayed when I select delete:
"Error while adding Tests to Test Set. User doesn't have access to all the issues needed."
I've also included a screenshot of that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
