Hello!
I am trying to create a custom filter, but whatever I search for, it shows me an error when I press Create button.
I have admin rights for the project, so I am confused, what could be wrong :(
Hi, The error message suggests that the problem might be with Jira's servers or a glitch in the application rather than an issue on your end.
Some things you can do:
- Try Again After Some Time
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
- Use a Different Browser or Incognito Mode
- Try a Different Network
- Restart Your Browser or Computer
If the problem continues, it might be a more systemic issue with Jira itself. You should reach out to Atlassian support for assistance: support.atlassian.com
Thank you Teresa!
I have tried some options you suggested and also wrote to support, they have looked into it and couldn't reproduce, and in the meanwhile it stopped happening, so the support said it is likely network issue somehow. I didn't get to trying different network yet, so I guess that would help with this issue.
