Our product includes a page editor where users can send us issues if they have problems. The issues feed directly into Jira as tickets. Problem is: the issue includes the page's JSON configuration, which can sometimes be > 32k in length.
I'd like to extend the limit. I believe it's jira.text.field.character.limit, but I can't find it in advanced settings or anywhere. I'm guessing Cloud Jira doesn't let you set this?

No, not at this time. There is an open feature request for that, currently gathering interest: JRACLOUD-63007.
