In Boards you can configure working days , by defining the time zone, the standard workings days as well as the non-working days.

Thank you for your respond, i already know what you mean, however i already setup, but it does not work to all board right, i should setup one by one on project board, can you guide me how to setup to all project board, due to i have 20 project board

In Jira, there is no native option to configure working days in bulk, it is always configured per board.
Third-party time tracking or planning apps may have their own holiday schedules too.
