On issues, currently the priority level is set to have Med and High  only, but i have another project that wants  LOW, MEDIUM, and HIGH  levels.  Is that a global setting or can projects be set up differently?

Hi @Kelli Zampino ,

To elaborate a bit on @Ollie Guan this would be handled by Priority schemes. these would allow you to set different priorites per project.

Sadly however this is not yet available on Cloud. (Server has this since v7.6.1).

So as suggested, currently you can check the issue mentioned above and vote/watch it to see when the feature becomes available.

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-3821

Right now, this is just a global setting for all projects.

You could think of a workarround with a custom field where you set the values you need and then hide the real priority field from the Edit/View screen. In the background you could then maybe automate it so the priority from your custom field is synced over to the real field.

(not idead but an easy work around)
