We want all of our global users to only be able to use Language: English (US).
Is there a way to set this for all users and disable users from being able to change it?
While an administrator can set a default language for an Atlassian product to encourage the use of a common language across the UI, admins cannot enforce the language of a user's personal profile, as you can verify in this support article.
You can of course strongly recommend your users to adhere to the default language (unless they have difficulties understanding the language) and e.g. decide to only provide documentation of your internal setup and process with screenshots in English by policy.
