Hello @Prathamesh Rane
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What are you trying to accomplish when using those properties?
I found two articles related to using workflow properties in Jira Cloud:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/
I don't see either of the two properties you are trying to use listed in those articles.
Hi @Trudy Claspill ,
Same, I am also troubling the mentioned properties is not mentioned in the Jira cloud Article. same posted in the answer to @Prathamesh Rane and added the atlassian to team to take it.
thanks @Trudy Claspill ,

Hi @Prathamesh Rane ,
Could you please check in the server, Are you putting the properties value correctly..?
In workflow properties, you can add the below properties in cloud and I can't see the Description value.
If you change the value jira.description to Jira.description It may not work, Please try it and let me know.
Now I am adding the atlassian team to resolve it @Claudiu Lionte
Please help on this it @Claudiu Lionte

Sanjen
