Hello @Prathamesh Rane

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What are you trying to accomplish when using those properties?

I found two articles related to using workflow properties in Jira Cloud:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/

https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/useful-workflow-properties-for-jira-cloud-1097176552.html

I don't see either of the two properties you are trying to use listed in those articles.

Hi @Prathamesh Rane ,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

In server to cloud migration via JCMA, worlflows properties will not migrate So you need to update it manually.

As per the shared screenshot is not visible So Could you please share the screenshot again...?

Regards,

SB

Hi, @Sanjen Bariki Yes ........You are right,  In server to cloud migration worlflow properties are not migrated, thats why I am doing that manually. but I am getting one error over there.

Could you please take a look at this, and let me know any solution there for cloud?

Hi @Prathamesh Rane ,

Could you please check in the server, Are you putting the properties value correctly..?

In workflow properties, you can add the below properties in cloud and I can't see the Description value.

If you change the value jira.description to Jira.description  It may not work, Please try it and let me know.

Now I am adding the atlassian team to resolve it @Claudiu Lionte

Please help on this it @Claudiu Lionte

Regards,

Sanjen
