If yes, having the free plan, how much storage do I have for each project? 

I have seen that there is 2 GB in the free plan, but is it 2 GB per project or 2 GB to share?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. 

The Free Plan, on Cloud is not able to be hosted on a server. Atlassian has moved away from server hosted plans, and all instances are hosted on Atlassian's network. 

If you require a local on premise version you'll need to explore the Data Center licensing options. 

The Free Plan on Cloud allows a total of 2 GB for the entire cloud site. This is mostly in relation to attachments where the majority of the space would be used up. However, it is a hard 2 GB limit on the entire site, including all issues and projects.
