Whenever I create a new Jira issue from a slack channel, it will send out an automatic alert to everyone in the channel.
However, on some private channels I have external members and so I would like to create new Jira issues on slack without notifying everyone in the channel.
Only some private channels include external members, and any other channel (which may be private or public) should still receive these alerts automatically.
Does anyone know a way to customize this either on Jira or slack?
By the way, we are using Jira Cloud for Slack.
