Can I return a table of Jira tickets showing their linked Confluence pages?

I'd like to provide a team page that lists out all of the Epics with a specific label, showing the current status of the Epic, who is assigned to it and the linked Confluence pages. Is it possible to return the linked Confluence page through a JQL query?

Out of the box you can't, but you can do it with an app. Please take a look at these posts:
