Hi!

I'd like to have monthly metrics about how many issue types have been created, closed, what type of issues have more workload... who creates more tasks, who closes more tasks...

Unfortunately, we do not use jira in Kanban or Sprints... we just have it as a ticketing system. Is there a way of doing all these reports?

Thanks!

You can create a filter for a specific month or "last month" and then create a dashboard with various gadgets, e.g. pie chart or two-dimensional gadget.

last month filter - project = abc and created >= startofmonth(-1) and created < startofmonth()

The above filter, example would illustrate all of the issues created during last month. So whatever month you happen to be in at the time of viewing, it will be displaying for the previous month.

I can assist further, if you can define your exact requirements.
