Can I give access only to a specific workflows in my project?

Hello,


I have a project with three workflows, but I want to give a user access to only two of these workflows.

How can I do this?

I can't find a way to create roles or permission groups for workflows.

Is it possible?

Hi Ilito,

You could do it by adding a condition to every transition in the third workflow to only let certain groups or project roles execute the transitions. 

I understood your suggestion, thank you very much.

But I would like all tickets related to this workflow not to appear for the user, only those of other workflows that are in the project.

If you want to hide issues from a user, then you should use Issue Level Security. You are read more here:
